Iqbal G. Mamdani, Chairman & CEO
A banker and entrepreneur whose career spans over 55 years, Iqbal Mamdani currently serves as Chairman of First Asian Investments, Inc., a privately held company focused primarily on real estate and private equity investments. He also oversees The Iqbal and Shelby Mamdani Foundation, Inc., a philanthropic organization dedicated to fostering educational, religious, and racial tolerance.
Mr. Mamdani's many accomplishments include the founding of TAIB Bank BSC, the first investment bank in Bahrain, which grew to have operating subsidiaries in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Turkey, Kazakhstan, India, the United States, and the United Kingdom, and was eventually sold to the Dubai Group.
Over the years, Mr. Mamdani has been involved in US and UK real estate transactions exceeding US $3 billion; over US $2 billion in private placement and US $500 million in private equity. He also spearheaded the establishment of a real estate investment company that invested primarily in the United States, United Kingdom, and India. Earlier in his career, Iqbal was responsible for developing Japanese business worldwide for American Express Bank. He also served as its regional vice president/Middle East.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mamdani has been honored to be included in two official delegations. The first being the State visit of HRH The Crown Prince of Bahrain to India, and the second of HH The Aga Khan IV's State visit to Bahrain. Since 1990, Mr. Mamdani has been invited to be a regular attendee at the Annual Meetings of the World Bank/IMF, as well as the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Mr Mamdani is currently on the Advisory Board of WGCU ( SW Florida PBS), a Board Member of the Interfaith Alliance in Washington, DC, the Educational Development Co ( EDC) in Boston MA and the Auburn Seminary in New York. NY.. He is also affiliated with the Bretton Wood Committee, Business Executives for National Security (BENS), Greater Naples Leadership Council, American Turkish Society, Naples Council on World Affairs and Harvard University Global Empowerment. Mr. Mamdani holds an MA from the University of California, Berkeley and BA from the International Christian University in Tokyo, Japan. His pre college education was in Mwanza, Tanzania where he was born.
Falisha Mamdani, Advisor to the Chairman
Ms. Mamdani brings over 25 years of private wealth management expertise to FAISA. Most recently she was the SVP, Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley in New York, NY. Previously, she was the SVP, Citi Family Office at Citi in New York, NY.
She has since joined FAISA to lend her expertise to augment FAISAs investment portfolio and manage current investments.
Ms. Mamdani is a graduate of Brown University and resides in New York, NY.

Ms. Mamdani Myers brings over 20 years of marketing expertise to FAISA. Over the years she has worked at both advertising agencies and financial services institutions thereby providing in-depth knowledge within the financial services, high tech, healthcare, and medical device sectors.
Ms. Mamdani Myers has worked for TAIB Securities, Inc. (New York, NY), Ogilvy & Mather Direct (New York, NY), Grey Direct (New York, NY), Hill, Holliday (Boston, MA), and LSHD Advertising (Chicopee, MA). Her clients have included Microsoft, IBM, Harvard Community Health Plan, Mass Mutual Insurance, and Blackstone Medical.
